Every feature is included on every plan — tiers differ only by active listings and agent seats. Listing limits are per workspace (shared across your team). Prices in INR, exclusive of GST; annual plans billed once per year.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes — the Free plan is free forever, no card required, and every feature is included (AI search, WhatsApp alerts, multi-agent, analytics — nothing is locked). The only limits are volume: up to 4 active listings, adding 1 new listing a month, and 2 agents. Upgrade only when you need more listings or a bigger team.

What's the difference between the plans?

Only volume and support — never features. Every plan unlocks every capability; you move up purely for more active listings (4 → 10 → 30 → unlimited, per workspace) and agent seats (2 → 2 → 3 → 10). Free and Lite are self-serve; Starter and Pro add email support. So Lite at ₹99 is simply Free with more listings and no monthly add-limit.

When do paid plans start?

We're aiming for Q3 2026, once payments are fully wired up. Until then everything on the page above is free for every workspace — we'll give you advance notice (at least 30 days) before any plan starts billing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation is one click from inside your workspace and takes effect immediately. We also offer a 10-day full-refund window on every payment — see the refund policy for the details.

Do prices include GST?

No — listed prices are exclusive of GST. Indian customers will see applicable GST added at checkout and itemised on every invoice once billing goes live.

Is the founding rate locked forever?

No. The founding cohort keeps a preferential tier — you stay below the published rate — but the underlying numbers are reviewed once a year and may move (up or down) along with the rest of the price list. Annual revisions only; mid-year surprise changes aren't a thing here.

What if I'm not in India?

We're India-first at launch — invoicing, GST, payment rails are all built around that. International tiers (USD-priced, regional payment methods) are on the roadmap but not live yet. If you're outside India and want to pilot anyway, drop us a line at sales@sohamvaluecreation.com and we'll work something out.
