Our promise: If you're not satisfied, cancel within 10 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked, processed the same business day.
1. Free plan
The free plan has no fees. Close your workspace any time from the billing page — there's nothing to refund.
2. Cancellation
Cancel any time from Workspace → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation is immediate. Your workspace stays available through the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops to the free plan — listings stay live, you just lose access to paid features.
3. Refunds — 10-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund of any payment within 10 days of being charged. We don't ask why. We don't ask you to fill out a form. You email us, we refund.
- Monthly subscription: full refund if you cancel within 10 days of the charge, regardless of how much you've used.
- Annual subscription: full refund if you cancel within 10 days of the annual charge.
- After 10 days: that payment is non-refundable, but you can still cancel any time (section 2) — your workspace stays live through the period you've already paid for.
We trust you. Within the window, if you're asking for a refund we'd rather you have your money than stay frustrated with us.
4. How to request
Email support@sohamprop.com from the address on your workspace. Include your workspace slug. That's it — no template, no questionnaire. We process the refund within one business day; bank-side settlement adds another 3–7 days depending on your card issuer / UPI provider.
5. Failed payments
If a recurring charge fails, we retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your workspace is downgraded to the free plan and you're notified by email. Re-enabling paid features just requires a fresh payment.
6. Chargebacks — please email first
Chargebacks cost us 4× the disputed amount in payment-processor fees, even when we win them. Email us first — we honour the 10-day money-back guarantee same-day, no questions, so a chargeback should never be necessary. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of the workspace.
7. Taxes
Refunds are issued net of taxes already remitted to authorities (typically GST in India). Where law requires, we issue a credit note alongside the refund.
8. Service issues
Beyond the no-questions-asked refund, if a material part of the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may proactively issue a refund or service credit. Outages of underlying third parties (cloud provider, payment gateway, email delivery) are out of our control but we'll consider them in good faith.
